Images and content on this website are protected by the author’s copyright. The authors have granted usage rights for these images and content to Estes Park Tramway, and these rights are not transferable to any person, publication, or other business or government entity. Access to this website or the ability to download images or content does not transfer copyright or permissions to use. Any unauthorized transfer or usage of the content or images on this website is a violation of Copyright Law and is strictly prohibited.

Use of this site constitutes the user’s agreement to these terms and conditions. All rights to Estes Park Tramway and all Estes Park Tramway marks are reserved for exclusive use by Estes Park Tramway, and no other person or entity may use either of these marks without written permission.

Purchase Methods
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, along with Google and Apple Pay. All payments and currency conversions are processed via Stripe at www.estestram.com. We do not accept cash. Prices posted are in USD.

Purchase Fulfillment Security
We are PCI compliant. All online orders are processed safely and secure through Stripe Payment Form with HTTPS Level Security. (www.stripe.com) All credit card / debit card : VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER data entered through the checkout payment form or Apple and Google Pay is securely sent directly through Stripe‘s, Apple’s or Google’s private encrypted servers. Doing this further protects your personal and private information.

Prices
All posted prices, ticket types and arrival windows are subject to change without notice. We cannot offer guarantees against pricing errors and are not responsible for typographical or other pricing errors. If an error occurs, we will inform you using the information you provide when placing your order and you may either confirm your order (at the corrected product pricing) or cancel the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order arising from a pricing error. Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise indicated. State and local taxes are not applicable on purchases.

Processing Fees
Every ticket purchased, with the exception of free tickets, will be charged an additional processing fee of $2.50. This covers credit card fees, the fees our processing provider Stripe charges, along with the costs to operate and maintain the ticketing system.

Promotional Offers and Discounts
From time to time, we may offer special promotional offers and/or discounts that may apply to purchases through the ticketing system. You agree to be bound by any additional terms and conditions that apply with respect to any such special promotional offers or discounts. Promotional offers or discounts may be offered on a time-limited basis. Some products may be excluded from promotional offers or discounts. Such exclusions may be noted on the applicable ticket detail.

Fulfillment Policy
When you purchase a ticket to ride the Tram, you will receive an email confirmation, along with a text link to your confirmation page. If you do not accept the text opt-in, you will only receive an email confirmation. Please allow an appropriate amount of time for the email and text to be delivered. If you haven't received anything from us, make sure to check your Junk, Spam or Bulk Mail folder(s) to make sure it wasn't inadvertently kept out of your inbox. If your still haven't received an email from us within 60 minutes of purchase, you can send us an email at [email protected]

With your purchase, you are reserving a one-hour arrival window. You can arrive anytime during the hour and join the physical line to ride the Tram. If you arrive early or late, we will do our best to accommodate you based on Tram availability. If we cannot accommodate you, we will refund your tickets per the refund policy.

Refund Policy
Tickets are refundable for any reason by guests up to the start of your reservation window. You can manage reservations directly from the emailed and texted confirmation page. If past your reservation time, staff on site can be contacted about a potential refund. All refunds will revert back to the purchase method used.

Cancellation and Change Policy
If you need to cancel or re-schedule, we allow you to change your ticket reservation time and date, directly from the emailed and texted payment receipt up to your arrival time. All refunds are per our refund policy above.
